Great rental home in a quiet area. Excellent location close to AUM, Eastchase and I-85 access off of Taylor Road. This brick home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located in a cul de sac on a double lot. Great open floorpan with lots of natural light. Large kitchen with granite countertops, tile back splash, and tile floors in kitchen and dining areas. Primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and garden tub. The other two bedrooms are a good size with a roomy shared bathroom. The backyard has a covered patio and a HUGE back yard. Community lake area and gazebo. fishing, picnic areas and walking. $75 application fee, $2000 security deposit and $2000 monthly rent. Minimum credit score of 600 and good rental history required.
