This house is located near Klatt and Johns road, in a very safe, family neighborhood. Currently housing 2 quiet, considerate roommates. Looking for a clean, considerate, responsible 3rd to fill this available room. It's a town house style home with the upstairs containing the living room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom, 1 bedroom, and 1 large storage room (all tenants are free to use this storage area). The down stairs contains a laundry room (with washer and dryer), an extra fridge, freezer, microwave in the utility closet and the Master Bedroom (black curtains + bathroom from the photos). There is a carport but, the spots are already promised to the 2 current tenants. So there is only street parking available. On a personal note- I lived in this room for about 6 years. It's a lot more space than most people might need, but it's comfortable. Especially, having a private bathroom is great. I set up the extra fridge, freezer, microwave downstairs for myself at that time but, it remains for you to enjoy : ) I also want to emphasise that I want to keep this home a quiet, peaceful household where you can relax and not worry about loud music, obnoxious guests, or messes.
