This is a 160ft Bedroom in the upstairs of this spacious townhouse home in South Anchorage, Alaska. Safe family neighborhood near Oceanview Elementary school.

Currently housing 2 quiet, considerate roommates. Their rooms are downstairs and won't be shown in the photos. I am looking to replace my spot in this home (already moved out). I have lived with these 2 for almost one year and can vouch for them as great roommates : )
I would like to keep their and yours (maybe) a quiet, peaceful home to live in.
There is a 4th room in this house, however I would like to keep this room as a storage/office like room as to not have too many people living in the house at once. I believe it will be more comfortable this way.
Rent is $900 flat, no additional fees. Utilities are covered, including gci red unlimited high speed internet .
You will basically have the upstairs to yourself, most of the time. The living room, kitchen, 1 full bathroom, and a storage/office room are all upstairs with this room. Laundry and the other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. There is a 2nd bathroom in the master bedroom downstairs that will be kept private for the current tenant renting that room.

Please fill out an application if you are interested. There is a fee for the background check but, if you end up moving in I will refund the cost for you.
$900 Deposit is required upon moving in.
Move in month will be prorated if you are not moving in on the 1st
-This house is meant for no more than 3 people, so you must be moving in by yourself to keep it that way.
