    Less than half of the exterior lights work, told Management months ago. Many homeless in the back stairwell which have been blocking access. Fire hazard. Nothing gets cleaned. Especially the laundry room. Surprised I have caught anything yet. These are all things that Management are aware of and they have done nothing. I fell down the stairs due to lack of light. They said they would look at it in January.
