3.8 / 5Overall rating 3.8 out of 5
The place is in a good location. However the apartment I moved into wasn’t clean. Roaches were crawling out of the sink and up the wall and on the floors. The animals poop every where and people don’t pick up after them. The trash dumpster/area has old mattresses and furniture out there which explains the mice/rats that run across the parking lot. There’s trash throughout the parking area and broken glass everywhere. The pool is disgustingly dirty with green stuff floating in it. The fire alarm went off and we evacuated and the area I was sitting in was full of fleas or something that was biting my ankles. Teresa and Jasmine are extremely nice and seems to care about the residents. If you are a family who loves animals that this is the place for you however some people don’t clean up behind their pets and I’ve seen animal feces in the hallway. The rent is not to bad but it’s expensive and there’s no amenities here! But it’s quite here and there’s no people hanging around the building or in the parking lot. There’s no FOB to enter the building so they leave the door cracked and anyone can walk inside the building. Someone locked the door once and I had a difficult time getting in because they no longer give out fobs. But it’s an ok place to live short term in my opinion.
Teresa and Jordan are wonderful assets to your brand!!!
