Here is the maple ridge information. the lease is from june 1st, 2019 to july 31, 2020. it is a four bedroom apartment with two bathrooms (shared) there is AMPLE space and my current roommates are so awesome. they enjoy the outdoors and are studious gals, but they also love to have a good time. rent is $561/month and the apartment is furnished (you get a bed frame, desk, desk chair, and dresser) utilities are around $95 (this includes internet, water, and electric) and this does not include cable because we chose not to have any!
