The interior upgrades will be completed before your move-in date. Exterior ones (flip your strip, localscaping the front lawn, and refinishing the front door trim) will be finished by early spring. Sign a lease now, and enjoy discounted rent while we work.

Anticipated move-in date is November 1st to December 31st. We can work with your schedule.

Please submit tenant screening application through KSL homes. If accepted, application fee will be deducted from 1st month's rent.
