It has central heat and air, ceiling fans, a sprinkler system, security system, mock fireplace, hardwood floors, newly remodeled kitchen with lots of cabinet space, a stainless steel sealed burner electric oven and brand new Whirlpool dishwasher with third rack and tile floors. It has two recently remodeled full bathrooms, two bedrooms as well a sitting room off of the kitchen, a front entry room, a large living room, and a separate laundry room with both gas and electric hook up for a dryer.
One year lease required.
Yard work provided, monthly a/c filter change provided.
Refrigerator and microwave not included. No pets and no smoking.

5. We require that the tenant carry renters insurance. Proof of policy must be submitted at time of lease signing.
6. We do not accept government housing.
