The deposit of $850 is required before move in, however I can split it up over the first 2 months if needed. It will be refunded to you as long as I have 30 days notice of moving out, and the place is as clean as you received it, and there are no damages to deduct from it. A one year lease is needed for the first year, after that, it will go month to month.

Water and trash service is included. You must put the electric in your name with Sam Houston Electric Co-op and refill propane tanks as needed for stove and heater. You are responsible for the maintenance of your yard. A background check will be required along with proof of employment.
