In the second floor you will find Room #1 (main room) which includes a new queen-size bed, two night tables, a 4-drawer chest, a full size mirror, and a private bathroom with glass door shower.
Rooms #2, #3, and #4 include double-size beds (also known as full-size), a night table, 4-drawer chest, a full-size mirror, a desk, chair and closet.
All the windows have blinds.
The laundry room is located on the second floor and it includes brand-new Whirlpool Washer & Dryer.
The house has a large backyard where you can relax soaking up the sun while you read a book or listen to music. There is no neighbors directly behind our back yard.
Utilities included: None. You would have to contract your own.
You would have access to the community pools and walking trail - all within walking distance (about 3 blocks). A pool fob will be provided for your use, however it must be returned at the end of the lease or a $100 fee will be charged to replace it.
Note: No pets, no-smoking, no-vaping, no-420, no-recreational drugs and no parties. Please be respectful of neighbors.
The neighborhood does have an HOA so tenants would be expected to abide by their rules and regulations. The HOA controls the pool area and when they need to close the pool for maintenance.
Parking on the garage, driveway or the street. Please note, there is NO garage door opener installed, you would have to open the door manually if you wish to park in the garage.
