Since I moved, the neighbours living above me make excessive noise all day long up to late night, many times after midnight. I complained multiple times, but management did nothing and actually they offered me to move, instead offering this option to the resudents who do not comply with the lease agreement.
Its so quiet in our apartment. The management staff are wonderful and always try to assist. They have a very good property management portal so all you maintenance issues are resolved quickly. The apartments are a really good size and its good value compared to all the other buildings I looked at. I would definitely recommend this property.
