White Oak

2330 Montgomery Park Blvd, Conroe, TX 77304
$999+

Top rated for Location
We had a noisy neighbor above us that was always screaming and fighting, but that wasn't White Oak's fault. Parking was sometimes difficult to find, but reasonable. There was quite a bitcof turn over in management which led to some confusion and outer leave was 2 weeks shorter than agreed upon. Honestly, though, it was a beautiful complex, reasonably priced, staff were friendly, and we really appreciated the Christmas decorating contest where we won $100 in Fogo gift cards. My fiancé is Deaf, and the complex was quick to comply with the legal standard of having lighted fire alarms and we appreciated that. Our favorite person ever was maintenance man Adolfo. His service is top-notch. All of maintenance was great, but we so appreciated him in particular.
