NEXT STEPS:
All tours are self-guided. To schedule, please send a message and we'll request a photo of your ID + the date/time you'd like to visit. Next, we'll share the address and once you confirm you're at the property, we'll provide a temporary access code available for a duration of 15 minutes.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS:
The application requires filling out basic information about yourself and submitting a background screening which is required for all adults over the age of 18. The deposit holds the unit. Note: An application is not required to book a tour.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Verifiable income at 2.5x the rent
- Negotiable credit score and decent payment history
- We operate on 3-month leases, renewable for as long as you need

Payments Notice:
Please note that we do not accept any physical forms of payment such as cash, cashiers check, money order, etc. or electronic payments such as Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, etc. Our only acceptable method of payment is via the Innago tenant portal where, if approved, you will pay your security deposit, rent, and any associated fees via debit/credit card or ACH using your bank routing and account number. We do not have access to your bank information once you submit a payment and we do not have the ability to take payments over the phone.
