A Matunuck Beach pass is provided . Home includes AC units and free WIFI. Pillows, blankets and spreads are provided . Renters need to bring their own sheets & towels . The home is centrally located to Green Hill and Ninigret Parks for playgrounds and pickleball/tennis courts . A 15 min drive to Pt Judith & Watch Hill and 30 min to Newport. A refundable $250 damage deposit is required along w/ a $140 cleaning fee ( nonrefundable) This is not a pet friendly or smoking rental ** a reduced rate of $1200 for the week of June 20-27 ,2026 **
