* Pet Policy: Pets allowed (conditional): Pet applications must obtain prior written approval from the landlord. Pet-related fees: Includes a refundable $200 pet fee, plus additional pet rental fees ($35 per month for cats, $50 per month for dogs). Please inquire for specific fees and pet type/size/number restrictions. Electricity, gas, and internet/cable TV fees are the tenant's responsibility.
