Each unit also has a sliding glass door that leads to a front balcony perfect for enjoying the nice weather. The first floor unit also has a large back deck that overlooks the quiet wooded area.

There is a common laundry area in the basement with a separate washer and dryer for each unit. There is also a shared common area that can be used for storage.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities and snow removal. Owner pays annual sewer and trash fee and owner handles lawn maintenance.

Move in cost includes first and last month rent plus $1,300 security deposit ($3,900 total required for move in).

Other rental requirements include 600 minimum credit score, gross household monthly income of 3x monthly rent, no criminal history and no eviction history. Credit check, background check, eviction check, and employment verification are part of the application. Application fee is $55 which covers the cost of the credit, background, and eviction check and is paid directly to the 3rd party service company. We unfortunately cannot make any exceptions to the above requirements.
