The following are additional charges or fees which you may be responsible for in addition to monthly rent. These prices are subject to change.

ONE-TIME FEES
Application Fee: $50 per occupant over 18
Security Deposit: One month’s rent for qualified applicants Security deposit alternative through OBLIGO
Move-in Inspection Fee: $150–This fee covers the required annual inspection fee by the Township of Hanover
Utility Set-up: Any utilities not transferred to the resident’s name will incur a monthly $25 administrative fee
Pets (if applicable): Cats–$200 Non-Refundable Fee Dogs–$350 Non-Refundable Fee One dog, one cat–$350 Non-Refundable Fee $50 PooPrints enrollment fee for additional dog

MONTHLY FEES
Carports (if applicable): $50
Utilities: Gas, Electric, Internet, Cable, Phone, Water/Sewer to be paid by resident Trash is included
Renters Insurance: $15 per month if purchased through Landmark Communities Policy
Amenity fee: $0
Pets (if applicable): Cats–$30 per month Dogs–$40 per month One dog, one cat–$60 per month

PetScreening (if applicable): $30 annual fee paid directly to PetScreening
