If you do fill out applications for each adult available from the current tenants- take an image of them to send to my cell, then text me to turn on data to fetch them, and slide under door for me to find. No utilities are included in the rent and can add or remove laundry machines. The minimum requirements to have your application considered are: all adults to have a credit score of at least 650, provable cash flow of double the monthly rent, no smoking nor vaping on property, no evictions nor bankruptcies in prior ten years, accept a full year lease, ability to fully pay the move in costs of the rent and starting security deposit. We use Zillow for final application screening and they charge applicants 35$/adult- we otherwise have no application fees.
