Two bedrooms, one bath single wide mobile home. Nice open living and kitchen with lots of windows to let the sun in. The kitchen has an eating area, pantry, and tons of storage. It also comes with a small storage shed.

Comes with a washer and dryer but you are responsible for repairs. If you have your own, we can move them out of there.

There are 18 units in our quiet park, so tenants must be responsible and respectful neighbors. We want the park to be a safe and happy place for all. Property must be kept tidy inside and out.

No smoking of any type (or vaping) inside or within 10 feet of open doors and windows. NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.

No pets.

* Rent is $1,200 a month and includes garbage.
* Tenant is responsible for electricity.
* Tenant will be billed for water/sewer usage.
* Renter's insurance will be required.
* Yard upkeep is tenant's responsibility, or we can add $50 to the monthly rent and take care of it for you.
* This is a month-to-month rental.

Last month's rent will be required depending on your credit check. We can work with you to pay over several months if you have a lower credit.

1. FIRST, drive by the unit (Unit 21) to make sure it would be a good fit for you.
2. Set up a time to see the unit and get an application. We only give applications out at the viewings.
