Small and spotless COTTAGE is available to rent in the Wecoma Mobile Home Park on Holmes Road. This is a quiet park with 18 homes, so being a good neighbor is important since we want the park to be a happy place for all.
Newly remodeled with new flooring, kitchen cabinets, counters, sink/faucet, range and refrigerator.
The cottage has one SMALL bedroom. It could fit a double bed with a little room around it, but a queen bed would fill most of the room. The bathroom has a shower, but no tub. The cottage is approximately 299 square feet.
Property MUST be kept tidy inside and out!
No pets.
This is a non smoking property.
* Rent is $1,000 a month and includes water, sewer, and garbage.
* Tenant is responsible for the yard in front and to the right side of cottage. You can pay $50/month if you want us to take care of it for you.
* Tenant is responsible for electricity.
* Renter's insurance will be required.
* This is a month-to-month rental.
A $30 application fee is required for all renters 18 and older to run each background check. This money will be returned to you if we do not run the check due to another applicant getting the unit before you do or if our preliminary check comes up with information where we know we will not rent to you.
MOVE IN COSTS:
1st month rent $1,000
Security Deposit $1,300
Last month's rent will be required depending on your credit check. We can work with you to pay over several months if you have a lower credit.
** The unit is currently being remodeled so the pictures are from the unit next door which is the same size and has a similar setup.

1. FIRST, drive by the cottage (Unit 3) to make sure it would be a good fit for you.
2. Set up a time to see the unit and get an application. We only give applications out at the viewings.
