-Holding/Security Deposit (standard deposit equivalent of one, and up to 1.5 times the monthly rent), prorated rent upon move-in* AND executed lease are due within 72 hours of application approval to hold unit.
-MINIMUM verifiable combined gross income of (SEE BELOW) is REQUIRED for approval.
-Minimum of three years positive rental history (combined applicant average) is required to be approved with standard deposit.
-Credit, criminal background and rental verification will be processed and verified.
