Verified residentReview source: verified residentThere are sink holes in front of my washer where wood has rotted and fell through, there is never anyone available in office or maintenance the pest control is not kept up the pools haven’t been opened and my ac is always going out hopefully they can get on their game

Verified residentReview source: verified residentStill waiting in maintenance repairs , management is not responding to questions or communicating much of anything, pools have been closed most of the summer with one open for about a month with zero communication as to why after several attempts to gain answers. Very short notice of entry into apartments, with notes left on doors stating times which is usually less than the 24 hrs required but states they are giving 24 hrs i.e. notices will be given between noon and 4 but entry will be anytime starting at 9am next day. Office hours are not being followed either.
