This 2-bedroom 1 Bathroom unit is located in Cheektowaga. This is a duplex home which is a side by side. This property is located on a dead-end street with a connecting bike path that leads to a playground. There is an elementary school, bar, multiple food places within 1–2-mile radius. You will need to bring your own fridge and stove, but a clothes washer/ dryer is provided in the private basement. I do have a driveway with one available parking spot and street parking is available in the summer months. No pets are allowed, this includes water. Rent must be paid on time and unfortunately, I cannot accept Section 8 housing.
I will be conducting reference checks and will not consider anyone who has not completed the application with the background/ credit check.
