Horrible HORRIBLE place to live! They say things changed there but it’s all lies.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentthey moved me into an apartment that has water damage, and roach ingested.my initial rent was supposed to be 1645 and every month it fluctuates this month 2100, I've never paid a sewage fee or water bill when renting sewage fee 145$, electric fluctuates from 60$ to so far 150$ they are diabolic with their outrageous fees. charge 100$ per person for a pool membership. i cant wait til my 18 month lease ends. i was misled from the start. the tenants are trashy, the garbage disposal room wreaks of accumulated trash piled up and roaches are everywhere.
