I am currently looking for a sublease beginning in July for my two-bedroom one bathroom apartment located at Park Forest Apartments and Town homes. All utilities are included except for electric/cable and internet. The electric runs really low each month. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment as well as a spacious storage closet and a dining room next to the kitchen. There is also a patio. Amenities include a pool and gym at the front office along with monthly gatherings. Rent is 990 per month.

I recently accepted in another state and will be moving soon. If you are interested in subleasing please let me know. You will need to contact the office and let them know you are interested in subleasing. You will need to apply and do a background check/credit check. Once you are approved you will be able to complete the sublease process. No security deposit is required.
