"Okay, wait! This Sutherland house...."
"What? Is it bad?" asked a nearby coworker.
"No it looks cute- looks storybookish-" then I flipped through the photos and couldn't hold back a groan.
"Bad on the inside though?"
I blinked a smile, "No. It's soooo good. So nice. So cute... like, rich lookin' hardwoods and really nice stained glass in the living area off a whole-ass breezeway you enter through."
"Oh, no way?"
"Yeah, it's like.. so nice. Tons of space, newer appliances but cute character and architectural details that balance really well. And it's got a finished top floor with a big bedroom and then the other half of it could be lounge space up there, or an office, or the ultimate walk-in closet/dressing room?? That's how I'd use it."
"Wait- holy shet, the backyard is cute too!? And lawncare is included, so people literally don't even have to worry about it.:
Pretty good read if you ask me.
APP STUFF:
We'll check your credit, and while it doesn't need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you've rented before, we'll also take a look at your track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent).
PETS: 1 small dog up to 20lbs, or up to 2 cats; pet rent additional. Got a lizard or other teensy critter? No pet rent for them, just make sure they're not plotting world domination.
