Not well maintained since new ownership. Dog waste all over. Trash in parking and staircases. Smoking and marijuana everywhere.

The upkeep of the property is very concerning. It seems like they only have one maintenance person in the building. That is too much for one person. I will be looking into NEO Vantage Point when my lease is up.
