If your application is considered, which usually is within 24hours of application submission, your application fees will not be refunded. Leasing fee of $150 due at signing.

Renters insurance or liability insurance with a deductible of $100,000 is required. Insurance must have 25K of pet bite insurance and $1000 pet damage liability insurance included.
