Alpine Apartment Homes features one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes in quaint settings, as we have two locations! Only 10 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids and minutes away from I-96. You are nestled away off Alpine Road with all the conveniences of retail, restaurants, breweries, and fitness gyms within minutes from the property. Most units include a full-size stackable washer and dryer along with a carport or garage and an exterior patio or balcony included in the rent. There is vinyl plank flooring in the living areas with carpet in the bedrooms. All units come equipped with window coverings and either a wall air conditioning unit or central air. Flexible lease terms are available with an additional per-month premium. We accept pets, with no breed or weight restrictions. Our qualifications for approval are as follows; income is 2.5 times the monthly rent or higher, pass credit, and criminal background checks through a third-party company. There is an administration fee of $75 per applicant. Anyone who will be living in the apartment over the age of 18 needs to complete an application. In addition, there is a holding fee of $250 to take the apartment off the market, once approved it is applied toward the security deposit. The holding fee is refundable upon cancellation within 72 hours of approval.
