    AC in the gym has not been working and the gym doesn't have adequate equipment (needs a bench press, squat rack or smith machine) and the gym hours are inconvenient for anyone with regular working hours. The trash dumpster is also always full and overflowing.

    The management has been very polite and easy to work with. They keep me updated on issues affecting the property community. The unit was ready on time, clean, and furnishings were in very good condition. The unit is comfortable and I have had no issues with it so far. I have plenty of living and storage space. The price is reasonable considering area market rents and the safety of the area.
