    THE STAFF IS UNORGANIZED AND THEY'RE OVER CHARGING FOR THEIR APARTMENTS. I'M PAYING OVER 1800 A MONTH FOR AN APARTMENT ON THE FIRST FLOOR (GOLD PACKAGE) THEY CLAIM THE APARTMENTS ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE ONES ON THE SECOND FLOOR BUT THEY ARE NOT THEY LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME. WHEN I ASKED THE LADY WHAT THE DIFFERENCE WAS SHE SAID THERE WERE DIFFERENT LIGHT FIXTURES AND SUCH, SHE NEVER WENT IN TO DETAIL ABOUT WHAT THE "SUCH" WAS. WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN THE SHOWER WALL IN THE MAIN BATHROOM FELL OFF AND EXPOSED A BUNCH OF MOLD. THERE WAS GARBAGE ON MY PATIO LEFT FROM THE PREVIOUS TENANTS AND I HAD TO WAIT WEEKS BEFORE THEY CAME TO CLEAN IT UP. I'VE PUT IN SEVERAL WORK ORDERS FOR THINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED PRIOR TO ME MOVING IN. LONG STORY SHORT THIS APARTMENT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE, IT LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH AND NOW I'M STUCK IN A YEAR LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I DID NOT SEE THE APARTMENT I WAS MOVING INTO UNTIL THE DAY I MOVED IN AND WHAT LITTLE WORK THEY TRIED TO DO WAS RUSHED AND INCOMPLETE. THEY CLAIM TO HAVE A CLEANING SERVICE THAT COMES INTO CLEAN THE HALLWAYS HOWEVER I'VE BEEN HERE FOR A MONTH NOW AND THAT SAME GARBAGE IS STILL ON THE FLOORS IN THE HALLWAY.
