The main level of this home hosts the living and dining areas along with the full bathroom and kitchen. The interior lower level has hard surface flooring. The front porch is a great, sunny space with new carpeting. The upper level is home to all four bedrooms with new carpet as well. There is a deck off of the kitchen great for hosting and there is a fully fenced in area just off the rear of the detached garage. The home has an unfinished basement with washer/dryer hookups as well.
Initial lease terms are 12 months. Residents pay for all utilities (DM Water Works water/sewer/trash & MidAmerican gas/electric) and are responsible for lawncare/snow removal. Sorry, no pets.
