This is a pet-friendly property (breed restrictions do apply). If you want to take your pup to the beach for the day, this home is only 12 min from Brohard Paw Park (dog-friendly beach)! There is an additional fee of $50 per pet for each stay.

30 day minimum stay is required. Currently available October for $3,500/month, November for $3,500 per month, December for $4,500/month, and January for $7,000/month. This home is already booked February and March 2024. NO SMOKING. Rate includes water, trash, pest control, lawn care, and weekly pool care. Guests are responsible for paying a departure cleaning fee of $200. Note that rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received.
