Breed Restrictions: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf, Wolf hybrids, any combination mix of the foregoing breeds, and any other breed or type that Landlord deems to have similar characteristics. Acceptable types of pets include dogs, cats, birds, small caged mammals, and fish. Livestock, farm animals, and poisonous, venomous, dangerous, or exotic animals are prohibited.

Pet Rent: If you have a pet, you will also have monthly pet admin fees per pet depending on your pets paw score. Each pet must be submitted in petscreening and receive a paw score. Pet Rent is determined based on your pets paw score. These factors help determine a “paw score” which is 1-to-5 paw score based on the household-related risk of a specific pet and its owner such as details like breed, weight, age, vaccination records, and pet behavioral information.

The rating of 5 is the highest score and goes to 1. This score is for each pet and will be determined per pet.

Pet Score of 5: Pet Rent=$25 per month
Pet Score of 4: Pet Rent=$35 per month
Pet Score of 3: Pet Rent=$50 per month
Pet Score of 2: Pet Rent=$75 per month
Pet Score of 1: Pet Rent=$100 per month

Utilities: Resident pays for all utilities including trash, sewer, and water (Where applicable)

The security deposit varies based upon credit criteria; however standard security deposit equals one month's rent. Applicants must view the home or have representative view the home on behalf of the applicants, we do not do sight unseen leases. Please view the property prior to submitting an application.

Approved Applicants are required to execute a Lease Agreement and submit the full security deposit within 48 hours after approval of the Lease. The Lease start date must be within 14 days after approval.
