Paid applications do not hold the property for you and are NON-REFUNDABLE $40 per adult 18+. To hold the property after all applications are submitted and approved, you must place a deposit binder with us at our Lakeland office in the form of a money order or cashier's check. Placing a security deposit will take the home off the market for a maximum of 15 days while we wait for your move-in date. If you fail to move in, for any reason of your own, your deposit will not be refunded.

IF the unit allows pets, there are additional fees as well. Pet fees are per pet as follows: $20/$15 non-refundable pet application, $200 non-refundable pet fee, monthly pet rent of $25-$45 based upon animal's size and paid in full renters' insurance with pet liability for the full lease term.
