Brand New Rental! Now Available! This property will simply wow you with the fit and finish. Most new construction is thrown together: gaps in baseboards, cracking grout in the shower, no gutters, unfinished garages. It seems like they're thrown together as cheaply as possible. Not here! You'll appreciate the sizable bedrooms, a floor plan that makes sense, a nice open and usable kitchen, sliding glass doors outside that have a sliding screen built in, and a covered entryway so your deliveries don't get rained on! Water system maintenance (no smelly or hard water) and lawn care are INCLUDED! Pets are welcome with approval. More homes just like this one are available in other areas as well, please ask and we can provide more information. First come, first serve. Set up your showing today! *Photos are of a different unit, but amenities and floor plan are the same.*
