The kitchen offers a gas stove and stainless appliances for the chef in you. You can enjoy your meals in the comfort of the Dining Room or have a more tranquil experience out on the screened lanai that overlooks the private and spacious backyard. This getaway spot has all the elements of a place you'll want to return to again and again. A small pet may be considered with owner approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet per month. Utilities, cable and WIFI included. NO SMOKING. Prices based on 2-person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Rates include all utilities and WIFI. Additional charges will be departure cleaning fee ($250), Booking fee ($250), Sales and Resort Taxes (13%) and Travel Insurance (ONLY AVAILABLE to be purchased at the time of booking).
