Dedicated parking available for an additional $200/month in a spacious, private driveway adjacent to the apartment entrance

Occupancy: Ideal for one to two tenants

Pets: One small dog (under 40lbs) permitted with a modest refundable pet deposit

No smoking inside the apartment or on the property

Background/credit check required prior to move-in

First month's rent & security deposit* due upon move-in

* Security deposit = 1-month's rent for lease duration of 3 months or more. All leases less than 3 months will have a security deposit of $1,000.
