Everything is less than a mile from this condo. Target, Costco, West Farms Mall, are across the street. One of the best gyms is down the street in LA Fitness. There is also Route 9 that connects I-84 (one exit) or I-91 and makes very convenient commuting anywhere in central CT. West Hartford Center and Blue Back Square (high end restaurants, bars, movies, shopping) is less than 10-minute drive door to door. Stanley Golf Course and one of the best driving ranges in the state is 500 yards away. Stanley Park has a pool and summer/winter activities is around the corner. This is a very desirable and underrated location.
Walking into the condo you will first notice the half bath on the first floor and the spacious eat-in kitchen big enough for a table. This L shaped kitchen offers plenty of cabinets for storage and plenty of counter space for appliances. The kitchen comes with all the appliances (dishwaher, disposal, etc.)
The best part inside the condo is that its an end unit which offers two extra windows and a lot more natural light in the lower level. The living room with also the slider to the deck is a nice and bright space. The 10 x 10 deck is a perfect space to grill or relax and it opens to a nice lawn area perfect to play catch or run around with a dog. There are woods behind the lawn that offers privacy.
The second floor has newer hardwood floors throughout and the biggest surprise is the washer and dryer located conveniently in the second floor hall closet. Both bedrooms are above average size and the full bath (with a tub) connects to both bedrooms. This jack and jill style makes it private to both bedrooms. Its also an ideal layout to have a roommate since the bathroom separates the bedrooms.
There are some storage closets on the first floor. The unit has efficient natural gas heat and central air. The tenant pays for heat, water and electric. The owner pays for condo fees, trash and sewer. There are two assigned parking spots. This unit is professionally managed with online rental payments and maintenance requests available.
There is extra privacy in it being an end unit, and the feel and use of a larger yard. Both nice bonuses for this particular unit.
Please keep in mind we have a strict application process that focuses heavily on credit. There is a background, employment, income and eviction report check. With a strong application it will only be one month security deposit. Pets considered on a case by case basis and would require a strong application.
