If your application is approved and you are invited to move in, then move-in costs at lease signing will be $3,300.
If all criteria are met but credit score is low, then we may consider your application with an additional deposit of $1650. In this case, total move-in costs will be $4950.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance fees. Tenant is also required to have renters insurance for the duration of the lease. No pets allowed and absolutely no exceptions to this.
