“During my time here, I encountered several issues that impacted my living experience: Constant Noise: The frequent lawn mower noise, especially during early mornings and weekends, was a constant disturbance. Termite Infestation: I experienced a termite problem in my unit, which was not addressed in a timely manner. Dishwasher Quality: The dishwasher was degraded and appeared to be a second-hand replacement from another unit, which was not acceptable. Parking Issues: Parking was often a struggle, particularly during peak hours, leading to frustration and inconvenience. While the location had its advantages, these issues made it difficult to fully enjoy my time here. I hope these matters will be addressed for future residents.”
