This is a no-smoking, not pet friendly property. The first thing you'll notice as you enter the home is the beautiful 300 square foot sunroom with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lovely, landscaped garden. As you venture further into the house, you'll find a spacious living room with open beamed ceiling and gas fireplace with a red brick hearth. The galley kitchen with attached eating area overlooks the landscaped patio area. Kitchen amenities include a new freestanding gas oven range combination, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The large primary suite features a wall -to- wall closet and a bath with a large, tiled stall shower. The guest bedrooms offer easy access to the sunroom via French doors, are fairly spacious in size and make for awesome study or office rooms with the warmth of the spacious sun room adjacent to them. The hall bath features tile flooring and a large stall shower. You'll find washer and dryer hook ups in the interior of the home off the primary suite. The beautiful outdoor living space features centrally located patio accessible from either the living room or kitchen. The grounds are fully landscaped and maintained by a professional gardener 4 hours per week. Off street parking for two or three cars or a small boat is available and the detached garage has room for two cars. Vehicles over 22 feet long may have problems turning around on the property. Utilities: Your basic electricity is charged to you at $100/month by the owner. Tenant is responsible for water, gas, trash services, (which average $250/month) and any other services contracted by the tenants such as High-Speed Internet which is available from Spectrum for $30/month when bundled with Spectrum TV.
