You'll be enchanted from the moment you lay eyes on this 2-story, 1268 square feet, 4-bedroom 2-bath cottage with its warm wheat-colored stucco exterior accented with soft-green shutters and trim, white picket fence and front yard planted in colorful flowering natives.

First Floor:
Great Room: Gas fireplace, a 42" HDTV with Blu-Ray Disc Player, a small video collection and a small library, dining area has a table for 6.

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances - gas range, oven, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher. French doors from the kitchen open to a side yard, with a gas grill and a table for 6.

A small pass-through bathroom between the kitchen and a sitting room has a shower.

4th bedroom: twin trundle bed can sleep 2.

Second Floor: 3 bedrooms - 1 bath.

Master has a queen bed.
Bedroom 2 - two twins which convert to a king with Memory Foam topper.
Bedroom 3 - double bed.

The bathroom has a small shower.

One small car can be parked in the garage; on-street parking is available.

Small dogs under 25lbs may be welcomed upon owner approval and fee.
