Rental Terms: 11 months and 3 weeks Lease, Rent: $2,500.00, Security Deposit: $7,500.00, $100K Renter Liability Insurance, Required 3 times monthly rent, Good rental history, No Open Bankruptcy, No Eviction, No Smoking, No pet. If you have been sue by the landlords, We will not accept you, No Late Payment more than 3 times on credit card, or car loan within 24 months Credit score 650.
