Cottage #6 is a 324-square foot cottage with one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room and kitchen.

We're looking for a great tenant to be its next resident in safe and wonderful Wickenburg, Arizona. Maybe that great tenant will be YOU!

A great tenant has verifiable rental history and verifiable income supporting an ability to pay the rent each month and on time. Salve Maria Cottages is not a pet-friendly community so, apologies, but pets aren't accepted.

We require a brief telephone conversation to learn of your housing needs and to answer questions about the cottage available for rent. This makes sense for both of us so that you don't submit an application if what we offer doesn't meet your needs. After this conversation, you may submit an application, and we'll provide you with one. There's no application fee but if selected, we reserve the right to run a credit and background check and there's a small fee for this.
