Maybe that great tenant will be YOU! A great tenant has verifiable rental history and verifiable income supporting an ability to pay the rent each month and on time. Salve Maria Cottages is not a pet-friendly community so, apologies, but pets aren't accepted. We require a brief telephone conversation to learn of your housing needs and to answer questions about the cottage available for rent.
