Fully Furnished 2bed/2bath, single family home located in the gated 55+ community of Heritage Highlands. Open concept living inside and out. We have a large backyard and fully furnished patio. Add the grill and fire pit and you have convenient indoor/outdoor living. Age requirement of community is a minimum of 50 for at least one occupant. Minimum 3 month lease per HOA guidelines but we are looking for longer-term renters. No pets allowed. Rental rates are negotiable depending on the season and the duration of your stay.
