New move-ins get access to a Resident Concierge within their onboarding experience in FolioSpace -- a free, white-glove service that provides human support to help residents set up utilities, internet, TV, movers, and security in a single call. Our new resident reaches Utility Setup in FolioSpace and sees the obligated services you configured. They have the choice to either handle setup on their own or schedule a call with a Concierge.
