Income Requirement: Must have 3x the rent in total household income (before taxes)
Utilities: Internet, Sewer, Trash, Water
Additional: Utility Package: $70, $80, or $90 a month (one, two, or three bedrooms, respectively). Washer and Dryer ($50 per month); Storage Unit ($40 per month); Wine Vault ($10 per month).
Pets Allowed: birds, cats, dogs, fish, lizards
fee: $300 per pet Non-refundable (0-35); $500 per pet (36-50 lbs)
limit: A maximum of two pets
rent: $25/monthly per pet
restrictions: Aquariums under 50 gallons are permitted and must be placed in a safe place in the apartment. Aquariums 20 gallons or less do not require a fee. Aquariums over 10 gallons require proof of renter’s insurance. Birds smaller than 5 inches do not require a fee. Birds larger than 5 inches require a $300 non-refundable fee. Birds must remain in cages at all times. Hamsters, gerbils, and guinea pigs must remain in cages at all times. No fee is required.

restrictions: Dog breed restrictions include aggressive breeds; examples are Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Chow-Chows, etc.
Parking Details: Garage ($150-$175 per month); Covered Parking Space ($45 per month).
