Tucked into the new Sandy Ridge community in south Tuscaloosa, 11327 Poppy Ct is a fresh, single-story 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offering about 1,417 square feet of thoughtfully planned living space and welcoming curb appeal.
Inside, a foyer leads past three secondary bedrooms and a full bath to an open kitchen-to-living area that's ideal for everyday living and easy entertaining, with a comfortable dining nook and great room connection that keeps everyone in the conversation. The private primary suite sits toward the rear of the home with its own bath and generous closet, while the secondary bedrooms provide flexible options for guests, a home office, or a hobby room. As a new construction home, you'll appreciate the clean, modern finishes and the low-maintenance lifestyle that comes with everything being brand-new. Pets are allowed, making it easy to bring your four-legged family along. Note: Some photos featuring furniture have been virtually staged to showcase the home's potential.
Commuters will love the convenient location: plan roughly 20-25 minutes to the University of Alabama and downtown Tuscaloosa, around 20 minutes to DCH Regional Medical Center, and approximately 25-35 minutes to the Mercedes-Benz U.S. International plant in Vance, depending on traffic. Weekends are covered, too--enjoy walking and river views along the Tuscaloosa Riverwalk, concerts at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater, and local dining favorites such as elevated Southern fare along the River District and casual spots near Midtown Village and The Shoppes at Legacy Park.
Everyday needs are close by with shopping, groceries, and services along the McFarland Boulevard corridor, and outdoor escapes like Moundville Archaeological Park are an easy drive for picnics and exploring. If you're seeking a comfortable, move-in-ready home with great access to work, shopping, dining, and recreation, this one checks all the boxes.
