I had a lot of trouble getting in nobody ever told me if I was approved and i went by to check on my app in person the day I had said I wanted to movein and they told me i was supposed to be moving in that day but nobody had called me and told me I was even approved or how much money to bring or anything. So come back the next day after asking them so this is how much I bring back tomorrow and they said yes only for me to hear I should have brought more that day, so I had to come back a3rd day and wait hours in the office yet again and i finally asked for my deposit back after a 3rd day of sitting in the office while everyone pretended I didn't exist a3rd day. When I did that they immediately finally got me in. Now I'm in and there's been water that won't drain in the sink the whole almost month I've been there that stinks like death so I can't cook in the kitchen without getting sick. Did an order for maintenance online and still haven't seen them. My sliding door won't lock and takes everything in me to open and shut so I can't use it and have to depend on a flimsy bar to keep anyone from getting in. Also I applied for a renovated nicer apt that was available all month until the day of move in and then all of a sudden I can't get that one on move in day, they probably gave out to someone they knew or liked better. Overall I'm really wishing that I would have just got a more expensive apt somewhere else after all the issues and the amenities Ihave to pay i don't even use like cable and no you can't get out of it. I was also told my total would be so much every month after amenities but they still added a bunch more stuff so I'm paying over 60$ more than they said and the water bill still hasn't been even added which they say is 3 months behind so I won't even start getting billed for that until the 3rd month and I'm not sure if they'll want all 3 months then or what. I can't get them to answer emails or the phone an still don't know where my mail box is bc they don't answer. I have no idea where the laundry mat is either bc they don't answer or return emails. If I could do it all over i would go somewhere else and i can't wait until the lease is up

It’s, Spacious, Peaceful. I just don’t have complaints overall
