Verified residentReview source: verified residentThere is NO communication from the office staff regarding any issues. When PM switched they provided NO guidelines OR notice to residents regarding renters insurance. They do not adhere to their 48 hr policy.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentNew PM staff is horrible. Maintenance is unreliable and does not take good care of the property. The property management punishes the tenants but lets the maintenance who live on site blatantly disregard the lease.
