Total income must be at least three times the tenants portion of the rental amount of all applicants for the unit. 9. Applicant(s) must have at least two years verifiable rental history; or satisfactory mortgage credit history. College and military housing history may be considered. Adverse housing references are grounds for immediate denial of an application. 10. Criminal background containing conviction of a drug or sex related nature may be grounds for denial of rental application. 11. Small dog okay upon approval with non-refundable pet fee of $500.00. 12.
